Beans and lentils - photography
Camilla Jensens Bønner og linser - En kokekbok med Italienske klovner og Indiske møll (Beans and lentils - A cookbook with Italian clowns and Indian moths) is out. This is one we didn't design - the publisher, Gyldendal, did that. However, it's the first cookbook we photographed!
A cookbook on beans and lentils doesn't sound like the obvious choice when inspiration is low in the kitchen department. Not so with Camilla Jensens fresh approach. Fantastic dishes is presented along anecdotes and deep insight in culture, history and nutrition in a very personal style. Treat yourself to a feast of tastes, knowing that at the same time you enter the path to healthier eating.
